Job Description





MAJOR DUTIES



  • Own, define and implement the digital strategy and digital product roadmap based on customer requirements, competitive situation, and own core capabilities.
  • Provides strategic and operational leadership to the segment digitization journey, leveraging our automation solutions and customer relationships.
  • Function as a technology partner to our customers. As well as internally focused on delivering transformational business change, in a fast-paced environment. Combined with high quality delivery and drives a continuous improvement mindset in all areas.
  • Has and continuously pressure tests/refreshes deep insight into todays and tomorrow\xe2\x80\x99s customer needs. As well as into business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT on the overall IT strategy, while developing and implementing the segment specific digitalization strategy.
  • Work with IT Project Managers, Architects, Business Systems Analysts, and other team members. To assess options, define business cases, ROI and implement solutions.
  • Implements the business segment specific digitalization strategy, manage resources needed, set objectives, and ensure alignment with corporate IT.
  • Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
  • Designs and customizes technological systems and platforms, when digital solutions are not available, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Oversees segment specific digital project delivery and solutions, by owning the overall process in a manufacturing environment

QUALIFICATIONS



Education:

  • A degree in computer science, data science, engineering or other related field.
  • MBA or another business degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of leading a team to build, deliver, and market digital data integration platforms and analytics to generate customer value out of the data.
  • Successfully led complex system implementations/installations for at least 5 years (technical product, demanding business groups, multiple stakeholders, large projects).
  • Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
  • Developing effective processes and be capable to drive sustainable change in a highly dynamic environment.
  • International background within global organizations. Coupled with proven experience in developing transformative and effective processes and strategies.
  • Proven experience building, mentoring, motivating and leading high-performing teams. Attracting and retaining top talent in a hot labor market.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
