Position Title: IT Business Analyst

Overview:
Charter is currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a Cisco Phone implementation project across multiple locations in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, BC, starting mid-September 2024. The ideal resource will have 7+ years of Business Analyst experience gathering and documenting phone system requirements, understanding end-user needs, and creating workflow documentation. Previous experience supporting IT projects in a healthcare environment is required. A strong understanding of Cisco phone systems would be a strong asset. Location: Burnaby, BC/Surrey, BC (Onsite) Term: Nine (9) months.
Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience gathering and documenting system requirements, analyzing workflows, and creating workflow documentation.
• Experience supporting IT projects in a healthcare environment is required.
• Experience conducting one-on-one meetings with stakeholders at all levels, including end-users, receptionists, and managers, to understand the specific phone system needs, including call handling, voicemail, paging systems, and other phone functions.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Visio.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
• A strong understanding of Cisco phone systems would be a strong asset.
• Education: active industry certifications i.e., CBAP, would be an asset.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
