Job Description

This role is the main application support provider for all PST applications, providing application support for 50+ applications and day to day user management. They are a main technical support provider for PST and are responsible for ensuring seamless processes for application management.

Responsibilities:

• \xe2\x80\x8bResponsible for the application management and support for 50+ applications for entire PST team
• Designs procedures and processes for our applications
• Leads & performs the technical onboarding & offboarding activities for those within PST team
• For application processes and other processes within the team
• Internal application user access control review

Requirements:

• A College Diploma or University Degree, and/or 3-5 years of experience working in a Service Desk role
• High aptitude to adapt to new technologies
• Required experience in virtual collaboration platforms (E.g. Miro, Lucidchart, Atlassian software, Figma, Microsoft Power Automate)
• Extensive experience with using an ITSM tool. (i.e. Service Now) and Atlassian process knowledge
• Proficient knowledge of computer/telephony network systems
• Hands on experience with change management is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building, listening, and questioning skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound documentation skills
• Strong detail-orientation
