We have an exciting career opportunity for an Application Support Analyst in our Software Support Center based in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role is an integral part of the team that responds to incidents that are disrupting the application service that our Grant Thornton international team of accounting and auditing professionals are depending on out in the field. We are not expecting you to know our software \xe2\x80\x93 we\xe2\x80\x99ll train you on that! \xe2\x80\x93 but we are expecting you to have some basic technical knowledge, business awareness, cultural awareness and service awareness. Plus your investigative and diagnostic skills will come in handy!
