Previous experience transforming end user functional requirements into a workflow-based software implementation is required to be successful in this role. The ITA2 will need to resolve complex technical problems relying on strong technical, written and oral communication skills to collaborate with operational teams and ensure optimized system functionality. Work is done independently and in a team setting where you may be asked to present, facilitate, chair or take meeting minutes.
