Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Analyst to join our technology team. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization's servers, networks, Microsoft 365 environment, and SharePoint platforms. The successful candidate will ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while providing technical expertise and end-user support across the business.

Responsibilities



Server & Infrastructure Management



Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers and related infrastructure. Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. Ensure system security and compliance with IT policies.

Network Management



Configure, manage, and monitor LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks. Perform network troubleshooting to diagnose connectivity issues. Ensure network performance, reliability, and security. Assist with network capacity planning and optimization. Microsoft 365 Administration Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD). Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies. Monitor service health and resolve issues within Microsoft

SharePoint Administration



Manage SharePoint Online Configure sites, libraries, lists, and workflows to meet business needs. Implement permissions, security controls, and site governance. Support end-users with SharePoint adoption, troubleshooting, and training.

General IT Support & Governance



Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated incidents and service requests. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Support IT projects and participate in system upgrades or migrations. Work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams to improve service delivery.

Qualification and Experience



Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3-5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration. Strong technical expertise in: Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP). Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls). Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Azure AD). SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration. Knowledge of security best practices (patching, identity management, endpoint protection). Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
