Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT Analyst V - Technical Support to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting from $40 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: 100% Remote
Business Hours: Monday-Friday; Evening, daytime or could be a weekend. Need to be flexible to work either day or evenings and possible weekends (depending on business needs)
Job Responsibilities:

• Will be supporting users- generally on a conference bridge
• Technical work on a server
• Remote into desktops

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

• Technical knowledge and background
• 2-4 Years of Tech support Experience- working 1 on 1 with users
• Networking Experience
• Multi-factor authentication
• Strong communication skills

Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal, credit or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements.
