Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to work with our most strategic accounts across North America. You will be responsible for expanding business in existing accounts and driving new sales with prospective customers. You have a proven track record of collaborating with internal teams and will work closely with our Customer Success, Demand Generation, Partner Management and Product & Technology teams. Most importantly, you are a great team player and are excited to bring innovative ideas to the table as we enter a period of rapid growth!
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business with key accounts, both existing and net new
  • Establish, handle, and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers of the client and prospect companies
  • Utilize solution/consultative selling techniques to effectively guide complex sales cycles to close
  • Maintain deep understanding of client strategies and map products and services to client needs to grow revenues and strengthen relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to develop and execute demand generation campaigns
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging internal resources as required
  • Create client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Collaborate with members of other internal teams (Customer Success Managers, Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic plans for customers
  • Deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions internally
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce
  • Maintain deep understanding of industry trends and competition
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quota expectations

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions with a proven track record of business development and quota achievement
  • Experience with consultative/solution selling methodologies
  • Deep understanding of the wireless telecom industry and awareness of market trends is preferred
  • Client, carrier or partner side experience with sales and account management within wireless field is preferred
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel 20% - 40%

Work Environment
Some travel is required (20% - 40%): Events and Trade Shows, occasional Strategic Client meetings.
We are a hybrid work environment, remote and in-office for all employees in an office city.
