Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone & telegram
  • Resolve customers' problem/complaint in professional manner
  • Follow up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers
  • Prepare reports to monitor the projects and tasks productively
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
