The Inventory & Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the inbound supply chain by being a liaison between the vendors and the operations department. AS AN INVENTORY & PROCUREMENT ANALYST, YOU WILL:

• Analyze inventory breakdowns and item masters for accuracy and process improvements.
• Complete deep dives into supply chain processes and OTD data and find efficiencies, enhancements, and trends.
• Complete Perfect Execution Inventory reviews quarterly.
• Review, approve and send all purchase orders to vendors.
• Build positive working relationships with internal vendors.
• Follow up on all late or delayed product and provide updates to the broader team.
• Proactively order/forecast upcoming product needs.
• Work closely with the customer service / sales team and provide product.
• Complete all dropship orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Support and assist the expediting of rush / breakdown orders as required.
• Complete daily inbound product reconciliations.
• Support the RMA process and work with vendors for any incorrect or damaged product.
• Manage product returns with suppliers, containment, inventory adjustments, supplier corrective actions and communications.
• Participate in Cycle Counting
• Attending yearly Inventory and helping ensure a successful cycle count.
• Manage internal audits, tracking, reporting and communications.
• Manage supplier audits, supplier service levels and support improvements.
• Provide backup to the Team Lead for managing and releasing work orders to the floor staff.

• College Diploma with a supply chain/operations background (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years of supply chain/operations experience or relative education.
• Data Analytics and database experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required
• Willingness to learn
• Strength/comfort in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneNote required.
• Strong communication skills

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Strength/comfort with Salesforce and DOMO preferred.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred.
