Duties include:

Reviewing thousands of inventory items and determining what to order for optimal inventory levels

Coordinate all logistics for inbound and outbound shipments while negotiating the best rates

Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports for the sales team utilizing advanced Excel skills

Trouble shooting invoicing issues

Identifying and acting on process improvement opportunities

The successful applicant should have:

Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience in manufacturing Advanced MS Office skills and demonstrated ability to accurately enter and analyze data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) The ability to work independently as well as part of a team Demonstrated business and financial acumen
