Duties include: \xc2\xb7 Reviewing thousands of inventory items and determining what to order for optimal inventory levels \xc2\xb7 Coordinate all logistics for inbound and outbound shipments while negotiating the best rates \xc2\xb7 Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports for the sales team utilizing advanced Excel skills \xc2\xb7 Trouble shooting invoicing issues \xc2\xb7 Identifying and acting on process improvement opportunities The successful applicant should have:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience in manufacturing
- Advanced MS Office skills and demonstrated ability to accurately enter and analyze data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
