Inventory Controller, Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator

, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

Your responsibilities will include:

Educate and inform customers about the numerous benefits of Sheepskin and other wellness products. Keep customers updated on current promotions and events. Building strong relationships with customers to inspire loyalty. Recommending additional and complementary products to enhance the customer experience. Setting up eye-catching advertising displays and arranging merchandise for maximum visibility. Ensuring that customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program. Completing transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining a professional store environment and effectively communicating inventory issues. Receiving stock and managing inventory to ensure adequate product availability. Create engaging social media content, including posts and video reels, to promote products, events, and promotions.
On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are confident in educating our customers.

Desired Candidate Attributes:

A natural leader who is team-oriented and goal-driven. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and eager to learn. A people person with a talent for building strong connections. Previous retail experience of at least 1 year would be considered an asset. Basic computer skills are required. Knowledge and/or experience with social media marketing, including creating content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, is highly preferred
This is a permanent position, 30 - 35 hours a week with at least 3 Saturday shifts per month.
