Summary

Join us as an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for meticulously managing inventory transactions in strict adherence to policies and procedures, with a focus on minimizing financial impact. Your role involves establishing and maintaining tools, procedures, and work instructions to ensure efficient inventory operations at STEMCELL\'s locations. This includes documenting procedures and providing training as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with data mining, extractions, and visualization

Develop and maintain inventory controls, reporting regularly

Coordinate transaction reviews with inventory stakeholders

Ensure end-of-month transaction activities reviews, including goods receipt and system queues

Develop and maintain inventory transaction procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and perform authorized transactions as needed

Crosstrain on inventory and cycle count programs for backup needs.

Knowledge and Qualifications

Preferably possess post-secondary education in supply chain/logistics

Considered an asset: Holding an APICS certification or equivalent designation

Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.

Expertise in ERP inventory transactions with strong math acumen. SAP proficiency preferred.

Highly skilled in using advanced spreadsheets and BI reporting tools; Tableau and Google Data Studio proficiency is advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication skills and being comfortable presenting to various audiences
