We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Inventory Clerk
to support our warehouse and supply chain operations. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for tracking stock levels, performing regular audits, and ensuring accurate documentation of inventory movement. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting both our retail and e-commerce operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong data entry and analytical skills, along with experience in inventory management systems such as
Sage X3
, to help optimize inventory processes and reduce discrepancies.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels in line with operational and sales requirements
Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and full audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Use
Sage X3
and other inventory systems to input, track, and reconcile inventory transactions
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the warehouse and purchasing teams
Support order fulfillment processes by ensuring stock availability and timely stock movement
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, support forecasting, and recommend improvements
Prepare and generate inventory reports for internal use and management review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, logistics, and retail to ensure seamless inventory operations
Perform general administrative and data entry tasks related to inventory control
Maintain clean, organized, and well-documented inventory records and stock locations
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary education or coursework in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is an asset
1-2 years of experience in an inventory control, warehouse, or logistics role preferred
Proficiency in
Sage X3
or other ERP/WMS systems is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
and data reporting tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on inventory data
Experience in retail or e-commerce inventory environments is considered an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
