We are looking for a mature and dependable individual with a can-do attitude, to join our team for the •immediate position opening • of a permanent part time Inventory Associate.
The position will work within the physical location of our store with shifts scheduled within the hours of 9:30am-5:30pm Tuesday to Friday and 10-4pm on Saturdays with 4-5 shifts/20-25 hours per week with a •minimum • 2 Saturdays a month. •We are not open to the public in the evenings and closed on Sunday and Mondays. • Staff are required to be available outside of operating hours for staff meetings, store events and or training as necessary.

•The Inventory Associate will assist and work with our Inventory Coordinator in our fulfillment and receiving department. •
The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits and skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately receiving stock within our internal turnaround standards, which includes unpacking, counting, hanging, folding, steaming, tagging product, storing excess stock and stocking the sales floor
- Assist our Inventory coordinator with accurate and timely completion of costing, inputting and receiving stock orders into our POS and Online systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stock room for easy and efficient flow of stock, finding and accessing stock and to meet any fire code regulations.
- Effectively support our Inventory Coordinator to ensure the flow of stock is managed and organized at all times.
- Assist in completing partial inventory counts per internal policies for record keeping, following all loss prevention standards and policies.
- Assist in the accurate pulling and completion of online orders for local pick up, delivery and or shipping.
- Effectively communicate with customers through phone and email regarding order issues or discrepancies.
- Loading up large purchases into customers vehicles.
- Restocking supplies and inventory on our retail floor
- Assist in cleaning and the maintenance of our store where/when necessary.
- Assist on the sales floor as needed to help service our customers during peak times and events. As such our ideal candidate is friendly, able to learn product knowledge, apply that information in their interactions, and support our overall mission.
Tasks and or responsibilities may be changed or added based on the needs of the organization.
Starting wage is $15.75
