Your duties will include overseeing the entire inventory lifecycle, from incoming shipments to returns. You'll leverage your strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to streamline our processes and maintain accurate inventory records. • Inventory Management: Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from receiving incoming shipments to processing returns. Maintain accurate inventory records by utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and conducting regular quality checks.
• Studio Operations: Contribute to the overall efficiency of the studio by organizing stock, preparing production samples, and supporting the team in various tasks as needed.
• System Maintenance: Maintain data integrity by utilizing computer tools to scan, enter data, and update the studio's workflow management system.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team to receive and identify production samples for a variety of product categories. Assist in end-of-day procedures by verifying inventory accuracy and ensuring items are properly stored.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve daily operations and productivity as it relates to processes and stock flow. Build strong relationships with other studio departments to continuously improve processes and to provide the highest quality of work.
