- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacist role is a typical requirement for a pharmacy management role. You are welcome to apply if you have less experience - we can assess your leadership competencies and support your interest and application.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage change and lead a team but setting a wonderful example
- Interest in continuous improvement of processes, recognizing service opportunities and where improvements can be made
