Job Level ST-99

As an intern in training and development strategy, you will contribute to the needs analysis and the implementation of a development plan for a security project support team, including skills development and integration strategy.

With the help of the consultant in charge of this project, you will see to propose an optimization of our current integration plan and to propose elements aiming to enhance the consulting and leadership aspect of the team. In addition, you will be an integral part of the operationalization of the first steps of this plan.

You will play an advisory and coaching role with the consultant who will also act as a content expert to guide you in the needs of the team. The nature of the files and projects requires extensive knowledge in andragogy and techno-pedagogy.

There will be frequent interaction with content experts and you will be called upon to interact with various stakeholders working in complementary fields of expertise. Interpersonal skills are essential.

This internship will be recognized by your educational institution toward earning a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
