The challenge
- Develop, execute, supervise, and optimize communication projects such as social media posts featuring customer testimonials and newsletters ;
- Ensure the quality and translation of content across various communication channels such as our website, social media posts, and others ;
- Manage the publication calendar ;
- Create, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns such as organic and paid social media posts ;
- Analyze and monitor metrics and reports in the CRM, as well as optimize workflows and sequences; make recommendations or adjustments as needed ;
- Create, optimize, and analyze the nurturing workflow in the CRM ;
- Monitor competition in our markets ;
- Project management for each assigned tactics ;
- Collaborate in the management and planning of conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, fairs, and other corporate events ;
- Any other related tasks.
The candidate
- Bilingualism EN-FR both orally and in writing ;
- Great creativity and attention to detail ;
- Team spirit and sense of collaboration ;
- Knowledge of major social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) ;
- Prior experience with a CRM (an asset) ;
- Knowledge of how a CMS works (an asset).

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s
- Cr\xc3\xa9er, optimiser et analyser les campagnes publicitaires num\xc3\xa9riques telles que les publications organiques et payantes sur les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux ;
- D\xc3\xa9velopper, ex\xc3\xa9cuter, superviser et optimiser les projets de communications tels que les publications sur les r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux de nos t\xc3\xa9moignages clients et nos infolettres ;
- Assurer la qualit\xc3\xa9 et traduction du contenu dans les divers canaux de communications tels que le site web, les publications r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux, et autres ;
- Assurer la gestion du calendrier de publications dans le calendrier ;
- Analyser et assurer un suivi des m\xc3\xa9triques et des rapports dans le CRM, ainsi que l\xe2\x80\x99optimisation des workflows et des s\xc3\xa9quences; \xc3\xa9mettre des recommandations ou ajustements au besoin ;
- Cr\xc3\xa9er, optimiser et analyser le workflow nurturing dans le CRM ;
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle sur nos march\xc3\xa9s ;
- Assurer la gestion de projet pour chacune des t\xc3\xa2che s attitr\xc3\xa9es ;
- Collaborer \xc3\xa0 la gestion et \xc3\xa0 la planification des conf\xc3\xa9rences, expositions, salons, foires et autres \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements corporatifs ;
- Toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes.
Exigences
- Stage de fin d\'\xc3\xa9tudes ;
- Bilinguisme EN-FR autant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit ;
- Grande cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 et soucis du d\xc3\xa9tail ;
- Esprit d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe et sens de la collaboration ;
- Connaissance des principaux r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) ;
- Exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9alable avec un CRM (un atout) ;
- Connaissance du fonctionnement d\xe2\x80\x99un CMS (un atout).
