The challenge
  • Develop, execute, supervise, and optimize communication projects such as social media posts featuring customer testimonials and newsletters ;
  • Ensure the quality and translation of content across various communication channels such as our website, social media posts, and others ;
  • Manage the publication calendar ;
  • Create, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns such as organic and paid social media posts ;
  • Analyze and monitor metrics and reports in the CRM, as well as optimize workflows and sequences; make recommendations or adjustments as needed ;
  • Create, optimize, and analyze the nurturing workflow in the CRM ;
  • Monitor competition in our markets ;
  • Project management for each assigned tactics ;
  • Collaborate in the management and planning of conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, fairs, and other corporate events ;
  • Any other related tasks.

The candidate
  • Bilingualism EN-FR both orally and in writing ;
  • Great creativity and attention to detail ;
  • Team spirit and sense of collaboration ;
  • Knowledge of major social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) ;
  • Prior experience with a CRM (an asset) ;
  • Knowledge of how a CMS works (an asset).

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Assurer la qualit\xc3\xa9 et traduction du contenu dans les divers canaux de communications tels que le site web, les publications r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux, et autres ;
  • Assurer la gestion du calendrier de publications dans le calendrier ;

  • Stage de fin d\'\xc3\xa9tudes ;
  • Bilinguisme EN-FR autant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit ;
  • Grande cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 et soucis du d\xc3\xa9tail ;
  • Esprit d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe et sens de la collaboration ;
  • Connaissance des principaux r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) ;
