YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

Collaborate with International Sales teams to optimally prepare and execute vehicle shipments to our international markets

Offer our network of distributors unparalleled customer service.

Adapt our sales and logistics strategies in line with the company\'s vision and collaborate in the implementation of robust processes in order to position ourselves appropriately, in anticipation of the increase in volumes in the coming years.

Work on process optimization with a view to continuous improvement

Be proactive and agile to quickly resolve any problematic situations delaying the shipment of our vehicles.

Collaborate with freight forwarders, obtain or produce in a timely and accurate manner, all documents required for the execution of shipments.

Build and maintain a network of internal and external partners to introduce new opportunities for the company.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor\'s degree in Operations Management / Logistics, Administration, or other related field

Minimum of (3) years of relevant and significant experience (Customer Service, Sales Administration, Logistics or International Product Distribution).

Bilingual English and French, oral and written - advanced level (4/5), Spanish an asset.

Ability to work in a team in a consensual decision-making mode with multidisciplinary and multicultural partners.

Recognized leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate exemplary work rigor.

Great autonomy in the execution of his tasks and tenacity to manage several situations at once.

Creative mind with a propensity to innovate and challenge the status quo.

Knowledge of manufacturing and/or logistics operations (inventory management, maritime transport, ...) an asset

Knowledge of SAP an asset
