:In order to ensure your application is received by NAIT for thorough review and consideration, please apply directly through our Careers site atNOTE: This is a temporary position ending on or before March 31st , 2025 with the possibility of extension.Reporting to the Manager of Student Recruitment, the International Marketing Strategist provides daily operational support and supervision to the Peer Recruitment Assistant team. As part of the Student Recruitment leadership team, the Strategist is responsible for guiding their team in meeting international student recruitment objectives by providing leadership, training, and coaching.Key Responsibilities:Works closely with the Manager of Student Recruitment to operationalize the Recruitment Strategy into activities, events, and prioritiesCoordinates work assignments, staff schedules for the Peer Recruitment Assistant teamProvides operational support to the team while they\'re engaged in international recruitment activitiesCoordinates hiring and training process for Peer Recruitment Assistant team membersFacilitates on-going coaching and performance enhancement conversations with Peer Recruitment Assistant team membersActs as a first point of contact for escalations, questions or concerns about any Peer Recruitment InitiativesResponsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders in Schools, Marketing and Communications, Admissions, Student Awards and Financial Aid to ensure smooth and efficient execution of recruitment activitiesLeveraging existing data and information on target audiences to deliver personalized marketing and brand experiencesSeeking, analyzing and applying market research to inform projects and campaignsLiaise with recruitment specialists, assistants, and coordinators to support with marketing related initiatives, as requiredAttend and support international recruitment initiatives and projectsOptimizing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to maximize ROI and achieving measurable goalsLeading the execution of digital marketing plans, leveraging the power of automation and AI across various platforms for: display and programmatic advertising, search (SEM, SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketingSkills & Abilities:Ability to project manage complex initiatives and maintain strong, positive partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work closely with clients and manage multiple projects end-to-end and coordinate the formation of cross-functional teams and lead them to project completionStrong business acumen and understanding of B2B and B2C marketing best practicesAbility to write and create content across a variety of mediums including promotional materials, webpages, advertising assets, and email marketingAbility to make sound and timely decisions, even in the absence of complete informationStrong organizational skills, and an ability to plan and prioritize work to align with strategic goalsAbility to develop others through coaching, feedback, and stretch assignmentsUnderstanding of unionized working environment and relevant legislation (e.g., FOIP, CASL)A strong understanding of NAIT program offerings, admissions practices and processesIn-depth understanding of international recruitment and customer relationship management practicesStrong intercultural competenciesQualifications:Bachelor\'s degree required, Master\'s degree preferred.
