is accepting applications for the position ofInternal Service Advisor
with employee benefits within a supportive, fun and cooperative work environment.Position is Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p
Responsibilities:
Ensure new and used vehicles are ready for delivery. Create / close out work orders for new & used vehicle deliveries. Work with Warranty Administrator to aid in the input of warranty claims for processing. Work with Appointment Coordinator to aid in booking service appointments. Verifies warranty and service contract coverage. Work closely with Service Manager to ensure there is ample time to complete all internal work required daily. Provide estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour. Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation. Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned. Other duties as required by the service manager.
