Sherwood Dodge is looking for an Internal Advisor in Sherwood Park!.

An Internal Advisor is well versed in customer service, product offerings, and inventory needs. The job encompasses the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related concerns, meeting predetermined service objectives, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities.

We would require our candidate to work Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Job Duties:

\xc2\xb7 Take ownership of the customer\'s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.

\xc2\xb7 Work as the liaison between the sales and service department.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with Sales Managers and Sales Associates.

\xc2\xb7 Sell the proper repairs and/or services responsive to the customer\'s perceived needs.

\xc2\xb7 Properly and thoroughly write repair orders for the categories of work designated by management.

\xc2\xb7 Separate and distribute repair order copies according to department policy.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update all open repair orders daily.

\xc2\xb7 Provide additional vehicle problem/complaint information to the technicians as requested.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain communication with technician staff regarding job status changes.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers and/or sales staff frequently.

\xc2\xb7 Remain continuously updated on the shop\'s workload to determine the type of work the technicians can quickly accommodate.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians\' time is consistently sold to service customers.

\xc2\xb7 Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as required.

Successful Candidates Possess:

\xc2\xb7 1-3 years relevant service experience

\xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 Positive and friendly with a customer service mentality

\xc2\xb7 CDK experience an asset

\xc2\xb7 Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
