As a Service Advisor, you are the professional \xe2\x80\x9cmanager\xe2\x80\x9d of the entire customer-oriented service process. You set the standards for customer support. You see every contact with customers as a professional challenge and feel responsible for satisfying the customer\'s needs and resolving their concerns.

Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Greeting the customer, taking over the vehicle and checking the quality and accuracy of the customer and vehicle data (VIN, mileage, instrument cluster messages)
\xc2\xb7 Defining the scope of repair with the customer
\xc2\xb7 Defining and explaining the estimated time and costs to be expected
\xc2\xb7 Reminding the customer of any open work or work recommended during the last visit
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring the maintenance or repair process to ensure customer promise times are met
\xc2\xb7 Communicating to the customer any additional work that may be required as identified by the technician
\xc2\xb7 Preparing for customer consultation and coordinating vehicle handover with the customer
\xc2\xb7 Explaining the performed work and invoice to the customer
\xc2\xb7 Explaining the necessity / advantages of any additional recommended services and / or repairs
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the customer\'s vehicle is in order, conveniently parked and properly cleaned
Background & Skills:
\xc2\xb7 Automotive experience is a definite asset
\xc2\xb7 Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
\xc2\xb7 Honesty & reliability towards the customer, and adhering to agreements
\xc2\xb7 Ability to complete tasks independently and responsibly
\xc2\xb7 Ability to remain polite to customers, even in conflict situations
\xc2\xb7 PBS experience is a valuable asset
\xc2\xb7 Solid general PC skills and knowledge of office applications (email, MS Office, Internet, etc...)
