Key Responsibilities of an Internet Sales Representative:



Build strong customer relationships by presenting Rogers' latest internet and wireless products and services Deliver a premium customer experience that drives both immediate sales and long-term loyalty Lead confident, value-focused sales conversations using in-depth knowledge of Rogers offerings Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented communication Collaborate with fellow Internet Sales Representatives to share best practices and elevate team performance Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by aligning customer needs with tailored internet and wireless solutions

Internet Sales Representative Qualifications:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telecommunications, customer service, or another customer-facing role Previous experience as an Internet Sales Representative or similar sales role is highly desirable Background in internet, wireless, or telecom sales is strongly preferred Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with a strong interest in career advancement Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence influencing outcomes Coachable and committed to continuous professional and performance development
