About the Role



We're looking for a driven Internal Sales Representative who can balance friendly conversations with focused revenue goals. You'll manage a roster of customers, grow our share of their business, and make sure they always think of us first. It's a mix of proactive outreach, problem-solving, and good old-fashioned follow-through.

What You'll Do



Manage a defined customer base and consistently grow revenue within those accounts. Build and maintain your own outbound call plan--no waiting around for someone to hand you a list. Make regular outbound calls (daily, weekly, monthly goals) to engage customers, quote products, and close sales. Identify upsell opportunities and expand business by understanding customer needs. Learn our products quickly so you can confidently guide customers. Keep accurate records of interactions, quotes, and follow-ups. Participate in sales incentives and bonus programs tied to performance.

What Success Looks Like



Strong call activity supported by smart planning--not random dialing. Consistent achievement of revenue targets and growth within your accounts. Building long-term relationships while also managing fast, transactional sales. Understanding your customers well enough to increase our "share of wallet" or market share within each account.

What You Bring



Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role. Comfort making a high volume of calls and managing a busy workday. Ability to learn product lines quickly and explain them clearly. A natural instinct for upselling and building business--not pushy, just helpful. Strong work ethic, resilience, and a commitment to results. Positive energy, curiosity, and a team-first attitude.

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
