We are looking to fill a permanent position of

Customer Service / Inside Sales

for our Halifax branch, a division of Richelieu Hardware Ltd.



Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will be responsible for order entry of faxed and emailed orders. You will answer calls and emails related to these orders and provide the necessary follow-up.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to

:

Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone. Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries. Ensure follow up on orders, if required; Enter and process orders. Participate in training sessions on new products; Support call center Promote Richelieu's products and services. Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability and delivery status. Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to the branch as required

Requirements :

High School Diploma Knowledge of MS Office Experience in customer service
