Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating sales calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing deals over the phone.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Present and promote products or services to meet sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals on a regular basis

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
