Job Description

We are looking for an energetic individual to support a project led by our Business Analyst to develop and deploy Smartsheet across our Business Unit. The web-based tool will be built with common application across the operating divisions to bring visibility on project priorities and key deliverables. The role is to support the build up of the tool to ensure accuracy of data, consistent use between operations and expedite the dashboard visibility to management teams.

This position can be located remotely, preferably near a ProMach Division and reports to the Primary Business Unit Business Analyst. It can be full or part-time. Responsibilities include the following:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manipulate templates to collect content on project management processes
  • Replicate dashboards and visibility for new deployments to encourage consistent use in the Primary business unit
  • Test data for validating connections
  • Assist with documenting desktop procedures
  • Assist with rollout and training new users
QUALIFICATIONS:

Two-year Associates Degree or progress toward a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance or Business Administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate web-based applications
  • Ability to work independently to defined milestones
  • Interest in Enterprise Resource Planning software/technology
  • Critical thinking to ask questions and apply logic to the data flow, willing to take direction
  • Attention to detail to ensure formulas, presentation and connections are correct
  • Ability to utilize verbal and written communication
  • Creative with work-flow ideas, process development and tool usage.
