We are searching for a Project Manager to join our team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity

• Develop and maintain detailed project management documentation as per PMBOK and Agile standards.
• Collaborate with others to identify the work, risks, issues, and interests to overcome during the project.
• Plan resources, budget, and timing impacts.
• Regularly communicate with project sponsors to ensure understanding and alignment of project scope, plan, and deliverables with the vision for the project
• Participate in and contribute to efforts to standardize methods and systems within the PMO
• Support subject matter experts and Business Systems Analyst with meeting project deadlines by helping these project team members with their workload when necessary. This may include process documentation, performing system audits, data entry, etc.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

• A University degree preferably in business, technology, engineering, or comparable program.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role project managing the implementation of software solutions.
• A PMP designation or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification would be considered an asset.
• Previous knowledge/involvement with enterprise resource planning software, such as Yardi Senior Living would be an asset to succeed in this role.
