The Intern, Computerized Maintenance Management System will learn about maintenance planning and work with the Maintenance coordinator and maintenance supervisor to ensure that all preventative maintenance programs are executed and documented. HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

• Assist in the creation of a scheduled maintenance program
• Ensure work orders for completed preventative maintenance and corrective work are updated on MP2
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor and Coordinator in updating inventories for assets, spare parts prior to migration to Fiix CMMS

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or a similar discipline relevant. (Second or third year undergrad or first year Master students);
• Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;
• Have previous related internship experience (an asset);
• Previous experience in food or dairy industry (an asset)
• Master Office suite programs and applications;
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and autonomy;
• Have strong time management skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.
