The Opportunity

We are seeking an intern to join our client success team. While this position can be remotely based, the ideal candidate will reside in Ontario Canada. This role will report to our Team Lead of Client Success.

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to projects integrating the derivative portfolios and business processes of clients into Derivative Path platforms
  • Work closely with the client success team on the analysis and resolution of client inquiries related to derivatives trading, Derivative Path platform usage, and client business processes
  • Broaden your financial technology and client relationship management experience by working as a direct member of client facing teams
  • Work in an international environment with teams in multiple time zones
About You
  • Educational background related to finance (especially capital markets) and financial technology
  • Interest promoting client relationship management best practices
  • Team player committed to the success of organizational objectives
  • Passion for learning new technologies and capital markets concepts
Qualifications
  • Strong background in finance and accounting ideally with emphasis on capital markets
  • Comfort with data analysis and use of productivity tools like Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly master new technologies
  • Ability to multitask and quickly change priorities in a highly dynamic work environment
