About the Role:

We are looking for a collaborative and highly engaged Client Success Coordinator/ Project Coordinator to assist with client implementation and onboarding. Lunchbox is a fundraising lunch module available for free within SchoolCash Online. We do all the administrative management and marketing for the program. We organize, pay and manage the lunch vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage school accounts and provide outstanding client service.
  • Coordinate school programs and oversee program launches / implementation.
  • Manage current vendor relationships and source new vendors to be considered for school programs
  • Introduce the program to new schools, growing the business in your region.
  • Liaise with new customers to coordinate task completion
  • Assist with guiding clients through readiness tasks
  • Adjust project schedules as requested by PS staff / customers
  • Manage/update project resource tools
  • Assist with monthly finance reporting and updates
  • Help Project Managers with completion of tasks
  • Assist the PS leadership team in evolving Project Management methodologies, processes and best practices
  • Document project management, implementation, and Professional Services procedures & processes
  • Provide project updates to other functional areas when required
  • Assist with creating project portfolio, metrics & dashboards for Leadership
  • Manage 'special' team projects
  • Support Implementation staff with coordinating issues
Successful candidates will possess:
  • 1-2 years of Project Coordination, Customer Success team interactions and overall Customer support
  • Direct customer management exposure, customer interactions, project monitoring & follow up
  • Proven initiative to drive projects forward to attain high customer satisfaction
  • Time and task management experiences
  • Recognize critical decision points and to standby them
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Ability to thrive in diverse, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to build consensus within project teams to ensure positive results
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
  • Conversant in various tools for project management, project planning, MS Project, MS Excel, MS OneNote and MS PPT experience is required, Jira and Salesforce experiences are a definite asset
