TriPoint Intermodal Services Inc. (a member of the Mullen Group of Companies) is a growing overseas container transport company serving the GTA and regional points within Ontario. With 20 years experience providing a service tailored to suit our customers needs, we have an established and respected name in the industry. We are seeking friendly energetic candidates to apply for our role of Intermodal Container Dispatcher. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily work schedule for drivers.
• Optimize use of all assets to increase company profitability.
• Make quick logistical decisions with customer needs and company profitability in mind.
• Update driver moves in Dispatch system in a timely manner to provide visibility to customer service and customers.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, co-workers, and customers effectively and professionally.
• Adhere to safety policies by working in a safe and professional manner, ensuring drivers and owner operators are following safety procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year transportation dispatch experience required
• Previous experience preferred in the Intermodal/Ocean Container Industry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
• Ability to handle stress well
• Proficient with Internet, Microsoft Outlook & Excel
• Excellent typing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits:
