Intermediate Server Analyst - (IT Security Administration)

Remote

Contract: 1 year

Alberta only

UAA experience

Experience using Windows 2016 Active Directory to manage all objects for a large-scale environment (over 5000 users).

Experience creating local and global security groups and applying permissions to access files, folders, and resources on Windows 2012 servers.

Experience using Microsoft Exchange Administrator and/or administering objects in 0365 to manage email accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and public folders.

Experience with a problem tracking software and process workflow such as, BMC Remedy AR System, Service Now

Previous experience in a role which required a strong understanding of New Technology File System Permissions and best practices. (Roles must be included on the resume, and this knowledge must be demonstrated at interview).

Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as required.

Resource must reside in Alberta.

  • Experience with 3rd party utilities such as Dell Security Explorer 9.6
  • Experience creating accounts using Active Roles 7.3 Console
  • Experience with scripting tools, such as PowerShell
  • Experience with LDAP Query software (rADium)
  • Experience with Robocopy
  • Experience with Remote Access software (VPN, Citrix, MFA, Remote Desktop, VDI)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Office 365
  • Familiarity with the IT infrastructure, business direction, strategies, shared service initiatives and/or applications
