Job Description

The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the highest levels of quality in the company\xe2\x80\x99s products. They work closely with the Software Engineering and Product Development departments to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements. They are responsible for coordinating testing and bug fixing efforts across relevant teams. Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include:

• Review, analyze and document system specifications and requirements

• Critique and improve current QA processes and tools

• Design Test Cases, Suites, Plans, etc. based on Product Design Specifications

• Execute Test Cases and document their results

• Set guidelines and best practices for other testers

• Coordinate regression testing efforts during release/deployment phases of the development lifecycle

• Report and document bugs and product defects to the relevant teams (e.g., Software Engineering, UI Design, etc.)

• Coordinate, track, and report on the bug-fixing process

• Help the development teams troubleshoot bugs and issues

• Collaborate with the Software Engineering team to implement automated tests in the form of Unit Tests, and Integration Tests

• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, developments, and tools

Requirements The requirements for this position are: \xe2\x80\xa2A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. \xe2\x80\xa2A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.

• 3+ years\' experience in QA testing.

• Good team working and critical thinking skills.

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.

• Experience in project management and QA methodology.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Benefits:
