Position Responsibilities

• Take ideas from the business and translate them into requirements for the developers and designers to build out.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviews
• Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems by analyzing options/solutions
• Gather and analyze data from different sources. Make data-driven decisions and suggestions
• Ensure requirements captured are clear (i.e. written in business language), accurate and detailed enough to support downstream design, development activities efficiently and effectively - i.e. leave no opportunity for \xe2\x80\x9cinterpretation\xe2\x80\x9d of the business requirement by others
• Analyze, document E-2-E business processes and flows \xe2\x80\x9cAS IS\xe2\x80\x9d vs. \xe2\x80\x9cTO BE\xe2\x80\x9d, and communicate an impact of changes for implementation planning
• Create, refine and maintain user stories and other backlog items
• Update requirements documents and user guides as required to keep them current - throughout the full lifecycle of a product (Pre & Post Production)
• Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience/stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed
• Makes decisions and performs in a manner that is aligned with company goals, vision, mission, and values.
• Work with compliance, risk teams and other internal staff experts to maximize standardization and efficiency of solutions under development

Formal Education

• Certification(s)/Designation(s) required in Technology, Business or equivalent or Technology, Business or equivalent
• Certification(s)/Designation(s) preferred in Technology, Business or equivalent

Related Experience

• 5+ years in business and/or systems analysis, requirements planning and documentation
• Established background in an Agile environment
• Experience in wireframing and process modeling (using any tool)
• Experience with Dynamics CRM
• Experience with application

integration is an asset

• Experience in testing is an asset
• Experience is banking and finance is an asset
