Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops, develop meeting agendas, and drive requirements elicitation to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including creating and updating project timelines, meeting minutes, and action items to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Manage and optimize the use of SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Identify and address challenges in project processes and stakeholder interactions, applying analytical skills to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication, both verbal and written, to articulate project goals, updates, and outcomes across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience as an Intermediate BA in Canada - the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Experience working with the Health Authorities in BC would be an asset.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, developing agendas, requirements elicitation, and facilitating collaboration across a variety of stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills including meeting minutes and action items.
  • Experience with Sharepoint, JIRA and Confluence
