Intermediate Business Analyst To Gather Requirements And Lead Procurement Efforts For An Erp Implementation

Job Description


Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analysis to lead requirements gathering and procurement efforts to support the future implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will ultimately replace the organization\'s core systems.

The organization requires support that, ideally, will:

  • Bring with them, a comprehensive, pre-populated list of standard industry requirements for ERP systems;
  • Work closely with business areas to gain an understanding of the current processes and gather future state requirements unique to the organization;
  • Lead the creation of procurement and evaluation documents (using provided templates) for a future ERP system;
  • Complete a gap analysis between the requirements and the Government of Saskatchewan\'s Enterprise Business Modernization Project (EBMP) system to determine the viability of that solution for a unique environment and business needs;
  • Conduct industry research and gap analysis work (as needed) to advise on an ERP system that may best suit the organization\'s requirements; and
  • Provide non-legal expertise regarding ERP vendor negotiations and statement of work development.
Must Have
  • 5 years\' experience in the ERP/Core HR Finance systems sector
  • Gap Analysis
  • Procurement of ERP software
  • CBAP
