Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in managing office operations efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while providing excellent support to both owners and staff.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including answering phone inquiries. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with digital filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment. Provide clerical support, including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports. Analyzing daily sales and receipts, accounts payable and receivables. Utilize Sage 300 for bookkeeping tasks. Maintaining accurate Payroll information and processing Bi-weekly Payroll. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Sage 300 and Payworks beneficial. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Previous administrative experience is preferred, with a focus on bookkeeping and organizational skills. Excellent phone etiquette and customer support capabilities. Experience in retail business an asset. Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Proven ability to proofread documents for clarity and correctness.
