Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine the scope of work required. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the project. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Utilize hand tools and painting equipment safely and effectively. Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary to ensure a flawless finish.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential and commercial painting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Familiarity with construction painting techniques and safety practices. Proficient in using hand tools and painting equipment. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
