painters

to join our growing team! At First Response Maintenance Solutions, we specialize in

high-quality painting services

for

residential homes, strata properties, and commercial buildings

throughout the Lower Mainland.

This role requires attention to detail, professionalism on-site, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Our ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and maintains a clean and safe job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep surfaces: scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, priming Apply paint to stucco, wood, siding, metal, and other exterior/interior surfaces Use brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers Work safely on ladders, scaffolds, or boom lifts as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and clean workspaces Deliver excellent customer service and follow job site protocols

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial) Comfortable working at heights and outdoors Knowledge of paints, stains, and application techniques Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs and work full days on-site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus
