Key Accountabilities:
Understand the types of organizational cost and recommend and implement an appropriate cost management system.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and adapting their advice and strategies to meet unexpected changes in financial circumstances.
Define external risks, identify key external risks and provide an appropriate risk response strategy.
Defines what the organization wants to achieve through vision, mission and values.
Describe, analyze, and create growth strategy (acquisition, divestiture, joint ventures).
Continuously reviews the external environment to determine threats and opportunities.
Determines and provides creative improvements to corporate value chain and core competencies.
Analyzes target market and customers to determine corporate potential.
Qualifications:
Minimum 20 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
8 years of experience working as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or in an executive leadership role
Post-secondary degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
CPA designation
Experience working in the private sector and/or not-for-profit
Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills
Must be bondable in Canada

When working with Osborne Interim Management you will be acting as an independent contractor, supported by the Practice and able to collaborate with over 30 other talented principals and advisors across Canada. There is no employment relationship in effect between Osborne and any of its team members.
