  • Check and ensure premium paid for policy before due date
  • Work with insurance company, to coordinate, and report.
  • Prepare and follow up with Insurance Applications, such as Life, Investment, Travel and more, from Allianz/Manulife/Tugo, etc.
  • Obtain insurance quotes, Annuity Quote and fill, submit, check applications.
  • Update, check, record accounting records on BDDM Financial Counsultants, and sub-company Wise House Education.
  • Follow up with tax filing with client and accountant during tax seasons
  • Support the director with other specific projects/tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related fields
  • Mandarin is REQUIRED
  • Preferred 2+ years experience in an office setting, finance, business, administrative or related role.
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong adaptability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word; experience with Excel
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits:
