We are looking for a creative Interactive Coordinator to join our team. As an Interactive Coordinator, you will report to our Senior Product Manager, and be just as comfortable utilizing the left side of your brain as the right side. Your responsibilities will include both designing interactive web and app interfaces, as well as updating and maintaining digital content across our websites and membership app properties. You will work closely with various departments throughout the organization to ensure new and updated content are aligned with the overall brand and purpose, uses best practices and is published in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Design, build, and optimize key new pages across all Earth Rangers web properties including but not limited to: earthrangers.com/ecoheros.ca, working with various departments as required \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with other teams, such as creative, marketing and social media, to ensure that content and designs are aligned with overall brand strategy \xe2\x97\x8f Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in interactive content and web design \xe2\x97\x8f Develop wireframes and mockups for web and app design projects, incorporating best practices for usability and accessibility \xe2\x97\x8f Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and project goals are achieved \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain Earth Rangers\' eStore content including adding and modifying products and setting up promotional pages \xe2\x97\x8f Make regular content updates to the Earth Rangers apps through a centralized CMS \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the testing of new app builds before they are released into production \xe2\x97\x8f Work with our Senior Product Manager and the internal data team to pull regular analytics reports from various web properties \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all content is optimized from an SEO and file size perspective \xe2\x97\x8f Work with marketing department to ensure proper tracking is set up on our web properties Your Skills, and Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years of experience creating digital content and interactive design. \xe2\x97\x8f Very familiar with CMS platforms including WordPress and WYSIWYG editors such as tagDiv Composer and Elementor \xe2\x97\x8f Good understanding of UX/UI design principles \xe2\x97\x8f Strong familiarity with Adobe CC\xe2\x80\x99s suite of products, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript \xe2\x97\x8f Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and oral communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent attention to detail \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure \xe2\x97\x8f Self-motivated with the ability to work well on solo tasks as well as collaboratively \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent prioritization and time management skills \xe2\x97\x8f A team player with a teachable attitude \xe2\x97\x8f Working knowledge of and desire to constantly learn ways to improve processes and optimize visual assets for performance \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with testing and bug tracking in app or web settings would be an asset \xe2\x97\x8f 2D animation experience would be an asset \xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience working on projects with a focus within education or kids would be an asset Why work at Earth Rangers? \xe2\x97\x8f Our competitive benefits include medical & dental coverage and life insurance.
