Parsons is looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to join their Business Intelligence and Analytics Team. In this role, you will drive automation implementation and adoption throughout the enterprise to realize cost savings, improve processes, and increase productivity.

In this key position, you will use your skills to identify, optimize, and improve business processes with intelligent automation while combining technical expertise with developed business knowledge to build out automation strategy, roadmap, and tool recommendations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

\xc2\xb7 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar intelligent automation tools

\xc2\xb7 Experience with developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining intelligent automation solutions

\xc2\xb7 Ability to gather business, technical, and system requirements to develop an ideal plan that meets intent and non-functional requirements

\xc2\xb7 Capable of communicating effectively with project team members at different technical levels

\xc2\xb7 Must be self-motivated and detail oriented

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a SAFe Agile Framework preferred
