Working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and groups to design, deploy, measure, and improve HR processes that drive value.In efforts to stabilize/optimize operational processes both statistical analysis and strategic improvement frameworks are of the team.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Process Automation Analyst Co-op Student to join our HR Services and Analytics Department in Toronto, ON. Hybrid remote/office arrangement.This is a fixed term position for a duration of 12-16 months beginning September 2024.The successful candidates will undertake the duties required could include but not limited to:

  • Evaluate and implement data democratization systems and tools that facilitate HR processes and bring the organization in line with best market practices.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to automate process in the HR area.
  • Feed Dashboards with management information.
Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities for automation.
  • Conduct interviews, observe processes and review documentation to gain insights into existing process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze processes to understand bottlenecks, inefficiencies and outdated practices impacting productivity.
  • Develop strategies to automate business processes in accordance with RPA/Automation best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure the effectiveness of the automated solutions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project to ensure alignment between business goals and automation initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on intelligent automation tools and processes.
  • Create documentation for implemented solutions, including process workflows and technical specifications.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Mastery of tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI and Power Apps
  • Collaboration: ability to work well with immediate team and clients
  • Analytical Skills: ability to understand basic problems, facts, figures to troubleshooting functionality and/or data issues.
  • Communication Skills: strong ability to write and speak clearly, communicating basic topics with local HR/employees and within HRSA team.
  • Time management skills \xe2\x80\x93 proven ability to coordinate multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
About YouEducation:Completed second year or third year and will be enrolled in a Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Information Technology program.Experience:
  • Experience in an industrial environment would be considered an asset.
