To fulfill Pattison Agricultures\xe2\x80\x99 vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Administrator to work out of our Emerald Park location. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Intelligence Solutions department with terminal management, customer subscriptions, licencing, and support calls.
Responsibilities
This individual\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include:
- Monitor calls to resolve common data, digital and embedded solution questions
- Manage equipment transfers and warranty
- Assist with subscription and licensing of product
- Assist the training department with course preparation
- Use of Operations Center and connected apps to manage customer data
- Analyze call and ticket data, document accurately
This would be an ideal position if you have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work flexible hours, including travel
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers/employees
- 2+ years experience in agriculture-related role
- Intelligence Solutions (Precision Ag) experience preferred
- The ability to use desktop and internet applications
- Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Grade 12, or equivalent, associate degree preferred
