The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team at Mastercard delivers technology, products, and services that facilitate seamless, fast, and secure payments across the network and the internet of things (IoT). These solutions leverage the latest technologies, a vast array of data resources, and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide services that benefit the entire payments ecosystem. Additionally, the goal of C&I is to protect and ensure the integrity of the payment system - including physical and digital channels by delivering fraud management and mitigation products that address the entire account lifecycle and work equally to ensure a positive experience for customers.The candidate will play a pivotal role in partnering with the global product team & regional customer teams to support a suite of products focused on fraud and decisioning. This entails collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders within the region to lead the launch and successful commercialization of Mastercard\xe2\x80\x99s industry-leading AI based and Fraud & Decisioning products. The candidate will also ensure the products are successful throughout all phases of the lifecycle \xe2\x80\x93 create, sell, deliver, and run.Role:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Mastercard\xe2\x80\x99s AI based fraud solutions and Fraud & Decisioning suite of products.
  • Drive the planning, coordination, and implementation of product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and customer success to ensure seamless product integration and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Champion the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are positioned effectively in the market. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategies.
  • Take ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making.
All About you:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, finance, information systems or a related field.
  • Prior relevant experience, preferably within the realm of payments.
  • Passion for security, innovation, and digital payments
  • Experience working with both large and emerging Financial Services, Technology, Service Providers, Processors, and/or digital platform partners.
  • Ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address customer/market needs.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship building skills; able to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across multiple business functions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Overnight travel required (5% - 10%).
